Issued by Quaker Oats as a national wide promotional item, this was released in 1935 as evidenced by the “B” on Ruth’s cap, which stands for Boston. The previous year the company issued the same item, but with Ruth wearing a NY cap. Exceptional condition with light/minor surface wear.
