Measures 8" x 10". Former Chicago Cubs manager Joe McCarthy is depicted sitting with New York Yankees owner Colonel Jacob Ruppert and Yankees General Manager Ed Barrow in October of 1930. McCarthy agreed to leave his former team to manager the Yankees and would do so for the following 16 years.
