Hall of Fame slugger Jimmie Foxx is pictured here with the Philadelphia Athletics during his 1929 season which would be his first of 12 straight seasons with at least 30 home runs, with plenty of 40s and 50s thrown in for good measure.

Hand selected for inclusion in the book "Baseball's Golden Age: The Photographs of Charles M. Conlon, 1993" each of these offered images were developed from the original glass plate negative. Classified as a Type 2 by professional grading services, each image presents the finest in color, subject, and contrast. Near mint condition. Sporting News Hologram. (H1040)
