1925-29 Mickey Cochrane M.R. Campbell Professional Model Game Used Bat - Detroit Tigers - (MEARS A7.5)

This is a great bat. M.R.Campbell was owned by Louisville Slugger and we have never seen a hand turned first and last name only on the barrel hand stamped game used bat. It was returned to Louisville and is side written but is barely visible. It looks like the first name is Mickey and the return date was what appears to be 8-2-29? which would correspond to old shipping model ledgers. The wood is superb and this in not a retail model Campbell bat.

Game Use:Heavy swelling on top of barrel and back with stitch marks present. H Comments:The remains of shipping label still present on barrel. Factory stamps and finish are perfect. The wood is incredible as is the finish.

Grade MEARS A7.5 : It gets a 5 base grade with 3 use points and no points for side writing since it is too hard to 100% decipher. Minus 1/2 for handle crack. 01052
