Offered is an original 8" x 10" photograph of Babe Ruth being congratulated by the New York Yankees batboy as he crosses home plate during the Yankees 4-2 victory over the Washington Senators on April 21, 1924 at Griffith Stadium. Culver Pictures stamp and labels present on reverse along with an handwritten notation reading "Babe Ruth congratulated at home plate, Washington DC April 21 1924". Some tearing in lower right corner of photo with a vintage repair on the reverse. (60N0210)
