1920's Turner Bros. Clothiers Game Worn Basketball Jersey (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a game worn basketball jersey likely dating to circa the 1920's. No manufacturer's tag present though jersey is constructed in a pull over/half zip design with a yellow satin body and purple accents on the sleeves, collar and breast pocket. A blue felt basketball with "Turn to Turner's For Good Clothes" embroidered in yellow thread is sewn to the front of the jersey while "Truner Bros. Clothiers" is embroidered in blue thread on the reverse. A blue felt number 9 is also sewn to the left sleeve. Definite use shown with slight fabric loss to the felt elements. (69W0091)
