1920's Bill Powell H&B Louisville Slugger Side Written Professional Model Game Used Bat - Pitcher 1913-14 Milwaukee Brewers Back to Back Championships (MEARS Auction LOA)

William Burris Powell was a pitcher who came up with Springfield in 1908, moved to Kansas City in 1910 through 1912 and ended up mid season in 1913 with the Milwaukee Brewers of the old American Association. He pitched for them in both 1913-14 in what were to be, back to back Championship seasons for that team. 1913 was the first ever Championship for the Brewers as well. This bat dates to the 1920's and was returned to the Louisville plant on 8-31-1929, probably while coaching after his active playing career.
