1914 Frank Dietrich H&B Louisville Slugger Professional Model Signed Game Used Bat (MEARS Auction LOA)

Offered is an H&B Louisville Slugger game used bottle style bat of Frank Dietrich from 1914. The bat is in excellent condition and still contains a portion of the shipping label with Dietrich's signature still intact. This bat would make for an excellent display piece. Dietrich was a minor leaguer who only lasted one season playing for the Class C Duluth White Sox, thus making this a fairly rare bat. He appeared in 27 games and 110 plate appearances while struggling to maintain a .173 average. This is presumably the reason why he didn't last very long in the White Sox organization.
