Vermont politician David J. Foster served on the United States Congress as an elected member of the House of Representatives from 1901 until his death in 1912. Using blue pen, the republican signed his name to a House of Representatives member's pass that was issued to Miss Dickinson and friends in December of 1907.

The pink paper card measures approximately 2.75" x 4.25" in size, and remains in impressive standing, save for slightly rounded corners. NM condition. JSA auction letter included. A1516
