Ty Cobb is captured at various points throughout his Hall of Fame career in this lot of 17 modern prints. Whether sliding hard into a base or at bat with his famous hands apart grip these photos depict many of the characteristics that made Cobb into the legend that he is today, though of course a .366 career batting average and 4,189 career hits don't hurt either. Most photos measure 8" x 10" with a handful of smaller sizes mixed in. Photos also feature various handwritten notations, date stamps and editor's markings on reverse. Sporting News Holograms.
