Offered for sale is an original cadet’s tunic most likely from around the early turn of the century. The tunic is in very rough shape and has mothing and damage throughout the tunic. The consignor reports that this could possibly be a cadet tunic from VMI and around the Civil War period but I don’t think it is that old. There is some writing on a label in the neck of the tunic. There are numerous stains at several spots over the tunic as well. If you like tunics that have been there and done that then this piece are for you.
