Veteran strong safety Michael Lewis wore this Reebok brand flex fit onfield cap (size "L-XL") on the San Francisco sidelines during the 2009 season, a campaign that found him starting 15 games and tallying one interception, a sack, two forced fumbles and 72 tackles.

The cap was worn on October 4th of 2009 for breast cancer awareness.

Lewis signed the front in black felt tip marker. An NFL Auction LOA and PSA/DNA sticker #N61817 will attend and serve as authentication. Lewis number "32" is written on the top button in black marker.
