San Francisco 49ers starting nose tackle wore this Reebok brand flex fit cap (size "XXL-XXXL") during the 2009 season, in which the 320-pounder started every game, tallied two sacks and even intercepted a pass!

The cap was worn on October 4th of 2009 for breast cancer awareness.

Franklin signed the front in black felt tip marker. An NFL Auction LOA and PSA/DNA sticker #N61798 will attend and serve as authentication. Franklin's number "92" is written on the top button in black marker.
