Offered is a New York Yankees road jersey dating to the 2008 season. Majestic MLB Authentic Collection tag sewn to tail with 2008 & size 50 flag tags while "New York", number 48, a 2008 All Star Game patch, a Yankee Stadium 1923-2008 patch and a black memorial armband memorializing the passing of Phil Rizzuto are also sewn to the grey knit jersey. Kyle Farnsworth opened the season wearing number 48 and was with the team for a couple weeks following the addition of the Rizutto armband on July 13 before being traded to the Detroit Tigers. Phil Coke then wore the vacated number during his September call up with the team. Steiner hologram also affixed to Majestic tag while a faded signature from Coke is present on the reverse numeral eight. Light wear. (71U0158)
