Bat exhibits heavy use with deeply embedded ball marks present primarily on top and black of the barrel. Grain separation is lightly visible on top of the barrel. The barrel end has a rough part from Tejada hitting a ball off the end of the cupped barrel.

Tejada has autographed this bat in silver marker between the centerbrand and the barrel signature.
