Michael Jordan had a very tight circle as his popularity soared to almost unprecedented heights. Getting access to His Airness was a supreme challenge as security protected god in basketball shoes at all costs. One of the few to enter in Jordan's life was Amy Hunter, whom he carried on a personal relationship for the majority of his career. MEARS is honored to offer some of Jordan's game worn and personal items which he gifted to Hunter directly. These have never seen the light of day and will include a signed letter from Hunter. We have included a scan of a photo of MJ and Hunter casually playing cards.

This historic collection is headlined by Jordan's last All Star practice jersey. Images of Jordan defending the man he would pass the torch to, Kobe Bryant, are generally associated with the mid season contest. But when Jordan was getting ready to lace them up with basketball's best for one last exhibition he did so in this practice jersey. The reversible mesh garment has its identifiers screened on. Some staining visible on the white side. The black side includes an All Star Game Philadelphia 2002 manufacturer's tag with Ben Franklin dribbling a basketball.
