Offered is a professional model Tony Gwynn Louisville Slugger bat which the San Diego Padre outfielder used to knock the 2,967th hit of his Hall of Fame career, a single off of Phillies hurler Carlton Loewer. Model B267 is stamped on the signature barrel while "B267C", "33", "30 1/2" and Gwynn's number 19 are written on the knob. Gwynn has also signed the barrel along with a "2,967" inscription, with a full letter from JSA attending to verify the authenticity of the signature.

Bat currently measures 33", weighs 29.5 ounces and shows moderate use with ball marks, stitch marks, bat rack marks, a light application of pine tar and a taped handle. (58L0564)
