Adidas tag has been hand inscribed by the equipment manager with date of, 12-7-98. He has also initialled it DK, standing for Darin Kerns, Buccaneers Equipment manager. Research shows Chidi Ahanotu was available to play in five games, and appeared in four, (http://www.databasefootball.com/players/playerpage.htm?ilkid=AHANOCHI01). This jersey may also have been available for preseason use. Chidi Ahanotu had season ending shoulder surgery on 10/14/98 and was placed on injured reserve on 10/28/98. Although the dating on the tag is marked, it cannot denote the day the jersey was worn, but most likely reflects the day the jersey was removed from inventory and tagged by the equipment manager, or it may just have been a dating error on the part of Kerns. The jersey does show use appropriate for the amount of time is would have been issued to wear, even with the injury. The jersey shows noticable puckering and wash/handling wear. Estimate $350
