1997 Sammy Sosa Chicago Cubs Signed Game Worn Home Jersey w/ Jackie Robinson 50th Anniversary Patch (MEARS A10 / Team COA & PSA/DNA)

Offered is a Chicago Cubs home jersey which was donned by seven time All Star slugger Sammy Sosa during his 1997 campaign with the club. Russell Athletic size 46 tag sewn to tail while a swatch reading "21-46-97-5" is sewn in the collar. A circular Cubs logo is sewn t to the chest while number 21 and "Sosa" are sewn to the reverse with a Jackie Robinson 50th Anniversary patch sewn to the right sleeve anda Cubbie Bear logo patch sewn to the left. Sosa has also signed the reverse of the jersey in black marker. PSA/DNA hologram E18310 and a COA on Chicago Cubs letterhead signed by Mary Dosek will attend to verify the authenticity of the signature/jersey. Light ot moderate use shown with some staining on the reverse. Based on the accompanying Cubs provenance, this shirt grades a MEARS A10. (73A0499)
