1997-99 Luis Lopez New York Mets Autographed Hoosier Professional Model Game Used Bat (MEARS A7)

Offered for auction in this lot is an autographed Luis Lopez professional model Hoosier game used bat from his time with the New York Mets in the late 1990's. Model HB235 is stamped on the barrel along with Luis Lopez in block letters while Lopez's uniform number 17 is written on the knob in gold marker. Luis has also signed this bat in gold marker along with the inscription "To Plum, You are simply the best! Truly your friend."

This black ash bat currently weighs 29 ounces, measures 33" in length and matches known player factory records with a cupped barrel and regular knob. Light signs of use are present in the form of a handful of ball marks. Handle remains uncracked.

Bat receives 5 points for matching known player factory records, 1 point for use and 1 point for the inscription/uniform number resulting in a final grade of MEARS A7.
