Offered is a plaque made out "In Grateful Appreciation" to Ray Nitschke from the Wisconsin Association for Retarded Children for Nitschke's work as state chairman for the 1996 Retarded Children's Campaign. The plaque features a wood back and border with an etched gold plate for the lettering of the award and a metallic gold pattern to the left of the plating. This is truly a unique award from the Nitschke estate and a one of a kind item that would be a talking piece for any Packers collection.
