Offered is a Chicago Bulls home jersey dating to circa Michael Jordan's 1996-97 season. Champion size 46 and a 96/97 exclusive tag indicating Body Length +3 sewn to tail while "Bulls", number 23 and "Jordan" are also sewn to the white mesh jersey.
Shirt entered the hobby approximately 1 ½ years ago via an online auction house and was offered as game issued. Upon review, signs of use (sweat, discoloration) is apparent.
Our consignor spent countless hours reviewing photos searching for a photo match. Presented are several images, most notably the ‘U,L,S” in BULLS, last “S” closeup, and the “3” in the front 23. Many of the mesh hole patterns appear to be a photo match when compared to the applique.
Noticeable attention was given to the placement of the gold NBA Jerry West logo. Images show what may appear to be a high placement when compared to the top of the “BULLS” team name, or some type of a photographic optical illusion.
We are offering the shirt with the following information with no explanation for any visual anomalies. Light wear.
