Hank Aaron is well-known for his home runs. After all, Aaron held baseball's All-Time Home Run Record from 1976-2007 with 755. A lesser-known aspect of his game was his ability to hit the ball. Aaron produced a lifetime batting average of .305, along with 3,771 hits and 2,297 RBIs. Offered here is a commemorative bat presented to Aaron by Ted Williams after "Hammerin Hank" was inducted into the Ted Williams Museum and Hitters Hall of Fame in 1995. Aaron was part of the inaugural class that also included Joe DiMaggio and Ty Cobb. (57K0455)
