Imagine how many jumpers Glenn Robinson drained while donning this jersey. The Big Dog helped bring the Bucks back from the doldrums of the 1990s and had them on the cusp of the NBA Finals.
Offered is one of the few documented game-worn jerseys of the scoring machine. This purple size "48" jersey, with 4" of added body length, was lightly worn by Robinson in 1995-96.
Minor rippling is evident on the "U" on Bucks. All of the identifiers are created in four-color tackle twill - with silver spackle twill to boot.
Sewn in tandem in the tail is a Bucks exclusivity tag and size label. Robinson signed the front in silver paint pen.
Included is a Bucks LOA indicating this was a "Glenn Robinson Autographed game worn jersey." The jersey was purchased by our consignor at the Milwaukee Bucks Hooops for Heroes Silent Auction Oct. 6, 2001.
The jersey (311554) received a grade of MEARS A9 - 5 base points, 5 points for provenance, 1/2 deductions for both staining of NOB and adhesive residue.
There are some framing residue on the sides, but this represents one of the best of the best Big Dog jerseys to land on the auction block.
