Mickey Mantle authored All My Octobers about a year before he died. This All My Octobers hardcover book was signed by Mantle June 22, 1994 at Schwartz Bookshop.

Mantle penned an opening page in blue ballpoint. Also included is a Harry Schwartz Bookshop flier giving instructions for the signing. Some staining on the title page which contains the autograph.
