Michael Jordan rarely signs autographs for the general public. Whenever MJ travels in public, he is surrounded by security and isn't accessible.

This full sized MacGregor basketball was signed by Jordan during one of his camps. Jordan flawlessly penned his name on one entire side panel on this ball. Authentication is concrete as an Upper Deck Authenticated hologram attends.

Most likely a UD representative was there authenticating the signatures once MJ signed.
