Offered are a pair of Rawlings Official National League A. Bartlett Giamatti baseballs which were used during the Houston Astros 3-1 victory over the New York Mets during Game 4 of the 1986 NLCS on October 12th at Shea Stadium. Each ball features cut marks on a side panel, allegedly placed there by ace Astros pitcher & 1986 NL Cy Young winner Mike Scott who picked up the victory in Game 4 allowing only three hits over nine innings of work.
