Offered is an American League umpire shirt which was worn by Rick Reed during the 1984 World Series Champion Detroit Tigers 3-0 AL East clinching victory over the Milwaukee Brewers on September 18, 1984 at Tiger Stadium. Hathaway tag sewn in collar with Reed's number 23 sewn to the right sleeve and an American League crest sewn to the breast pocket. Reed has also signed the shirt in blue ink with an "AL Umpire #23 84 3rd Base 9-18-84" inscription. Heavy wear shown with staining. (84L0222, 2546)
