Offered are a pair of Nike cleats which were donned by two time Cy Young award winner Gaylord Perry during the final season of his Hall of Fame career with the Kansas City Royals in 1983. Perry has signed the swoosh on each shoe while his uniform number 36 and the year 1983 are written on the reverse of each shoe. Heavy use shown with a foreign substance of some sort applied to the inner and toe of the right shoe to combat the effects of repeated pushing off. (64R0312)
