Offered is a Rawlings Official American League Lee MacPhail baseball which was used during the Oakland Athletics 5-4 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers on August 27, 1982 at Milwaukee County Stadium during which Rickey Henderson set a new single season stolen base record when he nabbed his 119th bag of the season in the 3rd inning. Henderson has signed the sweet spot while "8-27-1982 Record Stolen Base 119 Milwaukee County" is handwritten on a side panel. Obtained personally by our consignor the day of the game from a Milwaukee County Stadium usher that had access to the field. (93U0260)
