There was one constant on the Green Bay Packers sidelines for some 65 years - Vernon Biever. The photographer from Port Washington was there for the likes Curly Lambeau, Vince Lombardi, Mike Holmgren and even was there for the early stages of Mike McCarthy's run. All of the highs and lows were usually captured by Biever or his capable sons, also accomplished photographers. Recently a number of treasures from the Vernon Biever Estate were made available to the public. MEARS was able to acquire a few of relics directly from the estate sale.
One of the more intriguing items from the Vern Biever Estate is this Super Club 15 pen/clock configuration. The wooden pen and clock configuration is in working order. Who knows, maybe Vern was woken up for a few Super Bowls with this. The scores of the first 14 Super Bowls are captured on the gold placard on the inside. The clock is not held in-place but there is a slot to fit in. "Vernon J. Biever" and "Super Club 15" are engraved on front.
