1981 Gene Tencae St. Louis Cardinals Game Worn Home Jersey (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a St. Louis Cardinals home jersey dating to Gene Tenace's 1981 season with the team. Rawlings size 42 tag sewn in tail with a Set 1 1981 flag tag while the Cardinals birds on bat logo is embroidered on the whit knit jersey along with number 18 & "Tenace" sewn in double tackle twill. A "Purchased from St. Louis Cardinals" stamp is also present on the interior tail. Moderate wear shown with some restoration likely as the front numeral 1 and the letters N & A in Tenace show heavy fading compared to the other applique present on jersey. (84L0145, 3341)
