Each year Packer players from a bygone era join forces at the Lombardi Classic to raise money for the disease which claimed the life of its leader.

This Vince Lombardi Memorial Classic golf visor was signed in the late '80s or before 1993. Ron Kostelnik died in Jan. of 1993.

This Lombardi Classic cap is penned by the following Lombardi Legends in felt tip ink: Lee Roy Caffey, Elijah Pitts, Boyd Dowler, Don Chandler, Ray Nitschke, Fuzzy Thurston, Bart Starr, Jerry Kramer, Jim Grabowski, Dave Robinson, Zeke Bratkowski, Jim Taylor and Kostelnik.
