Offered here is a Cecil Cooper Milwaukee Brewers 3 5/8" by 8 5/8"  payroll check written in 1980. The former first baseman, known to fans as "Coop," endorsed the back of this check in perfect black ball-point ink. The only detractor of this piece is a vertical crease, which is typical for many payroll checks. Collection of MEARS staff
