Offered is a Texas Rangers road jersey dating to Billy Sample's 1979 season with the team. Rawling size 42 & set 1 1979 tags sewn inside tail with a strip reading "5 79" while "Texas", number 5, "Sample" & a team logo patch are also sewn to the two button knit pullover. Sample has also signed both the front & back of the jersey along with a "July 19 1991" inscription. Heavy wear with names written in the collar/tail indicating extended organizational use (-3).
