You don't need to be a fan of the Philadelphia Phillies, or even baseball, to know the Phillies Phanatic. The furry green guy transcends sports, and -- along with the San Diego Chicken -- is the most notable mascot in all of professional sports. This dozen photo lot features images of the Phanatic entertaining fans with his hilarious hi-jinks, giving opposing managers a hard time, and conducting the crowd in a rendition of "Take Me Out To The Ballgame." These photos span from the Phanatic's "rookie" year in 1978, all the way to his minor role in his beloved team's 1993 pennant run. All images are in MINT condition.
