1972 Steve Busby Kansas City Royals Game Worn Road Jersey (MEARS LOA) Last Year KC Flannel

Offered is a Kansas City Royals road jersey dating to two time All Star hurler Steve Busby's 1972 season with the team. Wilson size 42 tag sewn to tail with a strip reading "Set 1 72" sewn in the collar while "Kansas City", number 40 and a team logo patch are also sewn to the grey flannel jersey. 1972 marked the final season the Kansas City would wear flannel uniforms as they switched to pullover knits for the 1973 season.
