This hotel receipt is signed by the band with all four original members present. Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Peter Criss and Ace Frehley each signed the offered 2 1/2" x 5" hotel room request card in ballpoint ink.
According to the identification sticker on front, this was signed in Columbus, OH in the 1970s. A full JSA letter/sticker (X44478) will attend and serve as authentication.
