Ray Nitschke had to cringe when he looked at his personal copy of the 1970 Green Bay Packers prospectus. Check out the names of the men who had retired following the '69 season: Willie Davis, Boyd Dowler, Forrest Gregg and Henry Jordan. Life gets tough when three of those four would eventually become Hall of Famers.

This was Nitschke's personal copy. A letter from the Nitschke estate is attributed to his daughter.
