1970 Gerry Janeski Chicago White Sox Game Worn Home Jersey (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a Chicago White Sox home jersey dating to Gerry Janeski's 1970 season with the team. Wilson size 44 tag sewn to tail with "1970-1" embroidery and a "Wynne" strip sewn in the collar while "Sox", number 26 and "Janeski" are also sewn to the flannel jersey. Jersey appears to have been originally issued to Billy Wynne (#46) with a team instituted number and name change at some point to accomodate wear by Janeski. Heavy wear. (86K0273)
