Offered is a Reach Official American League Joe Cronin baseball which was used during the Detroit Tigers 14-3 victory over the Cleveland Indians on June 24th 1968 at Cleveland Stadium. "Grand Slam June 24 68 off Rhor #6 in Cleve." handwritten on baseball with examination of the box score and Jim Northrup's home run log confirming he hit his sixth career Grand Slam on June 24th 1968 off of Billy Rohr. This also marked Northrup's second Grand Slam of the game making him only the 6th batter at the time to have a two Grand Slam game. Heavy use with some material loss. (70T0017)
