1965-71 Deacon Jones Los Angeles Rams Game Worn Helmet (MEARS LOA/Upper Deck COA)

Offered is a Los Angeles Rams helmet dating to Hall of Fame pass rusher Deacon Jones tenure with the team circa 1965-71. Helmet is a Riddell RK2 KraLite model with a 12 strap suspension system joined in the center by a circular rubber pad. The cream horns on either side serve as the base layer of the shell with the navy added around their outline. Interior of helmet features a "75 Jones" DymoTape name label, The original Riddell decal, a 1968 recertification decal and a pair of F65 date stampings. Helmet shows great wear throughout with the only non original element being the four facemask clips. Upper Deck COA & redemption card will attend as will an additional letter from Lou Lampson of 100% Authentic. (96X0449)
