1962-66 Ed Brown/George Izo Pittsburgh Steelers Helmet (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a Pittsburgh Steelers helmet likely dating to circa 1962-66 when Ed Brown (1962-65) & George Izo (1966) wore number 15 with the team. Interior of helmet features a 12 strap suspension system while exterior features number 15 applied to the reverse & forehead in white decal numerals. Interior of helmet shows definite wear while exterior shell shows considerably less indicating it was likely refinished at some point. (02D0677)
