Offered is an AJ Reach Official American League Joe Cronin baseball which was used during a June 11th doubleheader between the New York Yankees and Los Angeles Angels at Yankee Stadium during the Yankees 1961 World Series Championship season. Ball has been signed on the sweet spot by Hall of Fame backstop Yogi Berra, who played left field during the day's games and hit a pair of solo home runs to provide the only Yankee runs for their 2-1 victory in the earlier game, with "6/11/61 NY Yankees Game Ball Yankee Stadium" handwritten on the side panel below the signature.
