1961-64 Frank Howard Los Angeles Dodgers Autographed Adirondack Professional Model Game Used Bat (MEARS A9)

Offered for auction in this lot is an autographed Frank Howard professional model Adirondack game used bat from his time with the Los Angeles Dodgers in the early 1960's. Model 113X is stamped on the knob along with Howard's uniform number 25 written in black marker while Howard is stamped on the barrel in block letters. Hondo has also signed the barrel in black marker.

This flame treated ash bat currently weighs 33 ounces, measures 36" in length and matches known player factory records with a round barrel and regular knob. It exhibits signs of heavy use with ball marks, deeply embedded stitch marks and handle tape which has been applied to repair a handle crack.

Bat receives 5 points for matching known player factory records, 3 points for use, 2 point for player use traits and loses 1 point for the handle crack resulting in a final grade of MEARS A9.
