Joe Foss was the first commissioner of the AFL beginning in 1959 and his name is branded on this official Spalding football that shows light use and perfect markings. Examples are getting increasingly hard to come by and this one is a solid ex-mt, holds air, has perfect markings with no writing or tears of any kind.
