1960-64 Chuck Klein H&B Louisville Slugger College Bat - Phillies - (MEARS LOA)

It is somewhat unusual to find a signature model bat of a Hall of Fame player from the 1930's that was issued as a college bat from 1960-64. Under Klein's name is stamped BGSU for the university. It is a professional model K55 (stamped on knob)

Year: 1960-64

Length: 34 3/4", K55 stamped on knob.

Weight: 33.3 oz.

Side Writing: No

Game Use: Swelling and stitch marks and cleat marks on all sides of the barrel with some minor dead wood on back.

Handle: There is a 7" multiple handle crack with some remains of tape that was used to fix the crack.

Comments: This bat has seen a lot of use but the markings are still deep and has a very presentable appearance.
