1959 (October 1) Luis Aparicio Zack Taylor Chicago White Sox Signed OAL Cronin Comiskey Park World Series Game Used Baseball (MEARS LOA/JSA)

Offered is an AJ Reach Official American League Joe Cronin baseball which was used during Game 1 of the 1959 World Series between the Chicago White Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers on October 1st at Comiskey Park. Ball has been signed on a side panel by White Sox shortstop Luis Aparicio along with an inscription reading "10/1/59 Game Used Ball World Series Game One" while the sweet spot has been signed by Comiskey Park architect Zack Taylor along with an inscription reading "1959 Best of Everything to Charlie" likely in reference to White Sox owner and ballpark namesake Charlie Comiskey. "White Sox American League Champions" is also handwritten on an adjacent side panel. (73A0140)
