Offered is a 1955 Bob Feller (d.2010) Cleveland Indianss Signed "Greatest Sports Thrill" Radio Program Contract. The contract was between Bob Feller and Ruthrauff & Ryan Inc. Advertising on behalf of the Department of the Air Force. Bob Feller became the first American professional athlete to enlist when he enlisted in 1941 after the Pearl Harbor attack. He served in the U.S Navy from 1941-45 and was discharged as a Chief Petty Officer and was decorated with six campaign ribbons and eight battle stars.
