Offered is a professional model Walt Dropo game used H&B Louisville Slugger dating to his tenure with the Chicago White Sox circa 1955-58. Model R43 stamped on knob along with Dropo's uniform number 8 written in faded black marker. Bat currently measures 35", weighs 34.5 ounces and shows moderate use with ball marks, stitch marks and slight grain swelling. Handle remains uncracked. (82J0086, 3557)
